The church is a Local Ecumemical Project, comprising a URC and a Methodist congregation. Worship reflects both traditions and we play a full role within the Methodist circuit and District, and the URC District and Province. We seek to maintain a URC and Methodist witness in the town centre and in fact there has been a Methodist witness on this site for over 150 years. We have a choir, which contributes to worship, and a number of midweek meetings for fellowship. Our extensive premises are available for use by community groups. The church meets on Sunday at 10:45am and 6pm. |
